I graduated from Hewitt-Trussville High School and then earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Judson College and my Master of Library and Information Studies degree from The University of Alabama. After many years of working in public libraries, followed by a few years working as a librarian for Gadsden City and Sylacauga City school systems, I am very excited to be at HOME in Pell City. This is my second year at Williams, and I truly would not want to be anywhere else. I am married and have a daughter in the 4th grade. We are members of Pell City First United Methodist Church where I volunteer in the children's ministry and may occasionally be found playing the flute with the chancel choir. Of course I love to read and share that love of reading with others. My goal is for our library to be a warm, welcoming place that all students enjoy. If I can do anything to help you, or answer any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
